PicMonkey | Easiest Photo Editor
PHOTO EDITOR and MORE
How did I live without a user-friendly photo editor? More importantly, it’s a design and collage maker. For years, I’ve been absolutely clueless about how to enhance my photos. I couldn’t wrap my head around Photoshop, so I simply gave up. But then I found PicMonkey and fell in love with it’s simplicity and ease of use.

I used the Orton and Cross Process (red) Effects to enhance this photo. I love how they intensify the sun’s fading light. Look at the area of water off of my left shoulder. Do you see how intense the reflected light is compared to the original photo?
DESIGN MAKER
These are all pins I created using PicMonkey. Now, these images not might impress some people, but I’m really proud of what I created. I have NO experience with graphic design.

Thank you for this information. I am terrible at graphic design, and I’ll definitely be looking into PicMonkey.
I’m glad the article was helpful. I hope PicMonkey suits your needs. Let me know if you need any help working through it. I’ll be creating a “how to” soon.
Personally I prefer the original picture to the corrected one but I prefer a more natural looking image so that’s just me. I like to use Snapseed or Lightroom but primarily for correcting light source issues.
I’ve never heard of Snapseed or Lightroom. I altered it, because it more closely resembled the night as I remember it. Colors in photos never seem to be as vivid. I appreciate the feedback that you prefer the original picture. I want my viewers to connect with the pictures/graphics I use, so that information helps me.
This is so cool, I have been wondering where to find a good photo editor, and voila! Thanks for sharing, will look into downloading it xx
I’m so glad I could give you information that was beneficial. If you haven’t noticed already, you do get a 7-day trial period. Also, keep checking back for a tutorial over PicMonkey.
I like how you show the difference between the before and after photos, quite a huge difference. I needed to have more information on Ortaon and Cross Process!
I’m hoping to go use a picture to go through more of the Effects. And some work better than others on specific photos. Like much in life, it’s a lot of trial and error.
Your pics are great – the difference between those beach pictures is amazing! Thanks for sharing the info about PicMonkey – I’d never heard of it before, I’ve been thinking about investing in Photoshop, but I’ll definitely check this program out first.
My personally am overwhelmed by Photoshop. It is probably one of the best products on the market, but there are actually too many options for me. I think I’d end up wasting a whole day editing a single photo! I’m so glad PicMonkey gives you 7 days to try them out.
I use picmonkey to edit photos. It just works amazing.
I think it’s amazing too, but more than that I find it easy to use. That’s huge for me.
I rather like the simplicity of Pic monkey. One of the editingtools I used.
Yes, I agree that PicMonkey is not overwhelming in its choices and options. While Photoshop is amazing, it’s just too much for me.
This post came at just the right time for me. I’m looking at spicing up my social media accounts a little and I need crisp photos 🙂 Thanks for sharing
I’m so glad you found this article helpful. Definitely use those free 7 days to try PicMonkey out, and see if it’s right for you.
I’m so proud of you too!! Photoshop can be a bear to master and I’m so glad you found something that works for you. Great job & thanks for sharing about your fave design too 👍🏼
Thank you for that lovely comment. If I could afford to hire a graphic designer, I’d probably do that. But for now, PicMonkey meets my needs.
I used to use PicMonkey for the longest time! But as a student, I’ve been using the Adobe Creative Cloud! They offer similar editing themes!
I’ve never heard of that product. Quite honestly, anything that mentions “cloud” intimidates me. I guess I imagine my data floating in space. I want everything on my hard drive at my fingertips.
